The problem
Going abroad for care goes wrong in three ways
It is scattered
One trip can mean a lab, an imaging center and a specialist, each with its own chatbot, patient portal and phone number.
It is hard to verify
A badge on a website is not proof. The real facts sit in Colombia's public registries, in Spanish, and nobody reads them for you.
Records get lost
Results can arrive after you fly home. Signed reports go missing. Reports come in Spanish. Too often, the trip ends at the airport.
We have seen all three up close. reMEDyin is what we wished had existed.
What we will do
A navigator on your side in Medellín

You pay every clinic, doctor and lab directly. None of them pays us anything.
How it will work
Three phases, one thread
Every trip will run in three phases. The same people stay with you through all three, and each phase ends with a check before the next one starts.
Phase 1 / 3
Pre-care
A fit call, your goals and consents, a shortlist of providers with their registry records, every booking, your preparation and your arrival.
Before you fly: every appointment confirmed in writing.
Phase 2 / 3
Care
Your appointment days: a navigator beside you, an interpreter, the order of the day kept on track, and your reports requested before you leave. Your provider makes every clinical decision.
Before you leave: a list of every report, in hand or still on its way.
Phase 3 / 3
Aftercare
Late results followed up and delivered home, follow-up visits booked, and your case closed only when you have everything.
When your case closes: everything on that list has reached you, or we have told you why it has not.
If one hospital can cover everything you need, we will tell you so and point you to its own international office.

Who is behind it
reMEDyin is being built by two medically trained co-founders. One lives in the United States and the other in Medellín, so someone who understands your plan will never be far away. We will never tell you what treatment to have; that is between you and your provider.
